3 cups of Dandelion Buds, unopened, picked when sunny 
      (just in case of mold)
Peel and juice of one whole organic orange
3/4” cube of ginger, chopped/sliced/julienne
1-2” stick of cinnamon
2 tsp cardamom seeds
1-2 cloves garlic
1 fresh bay leaf
